CHARGES
There is no charge to use the Site(s). However, your Internet services provider may impose charges for you to have access to the amount of bandwidth required to use the Site(s). In addition, when accessing the Site(s) from a mobile device there may be additional network charges according to your contract.
SUBMISSIONS (INCLUDING

Fu Educulture Limited is pleased to hear from its customers and users and welcomes your input with respect to our content and Site(s). That being said, we require that you limit your input to those existing content and do not submit any creative ideas, suggestions or materials.
While the Site(s) may provide the opportunity to communicate content or materials to Fu Educulture Limited, including without limitation photographs, writings, music, video and/or audio recordings, computer graphics, artwork, data, questions, comments, suggestions, or personally identifiable information (Submissions), Fu Educulture Limited does not accept unsolicited Submissions (including ideas for motion pictures, television programs, productions of any kind, web sites, mobile apps, books, or any other products, services or ideas). These Terms of Use supersede and cancel any and all prior negotiations and understandings between you and Fu Educulture Limited. Any failure by Fu Educulture Limited or any party to enforce any provision of these Terms of Use shall not constitute a waiver thereof or of any other provision thereof. If any provision of these Terms of Use is adjudged by a court to be void or unenforceable, that provision will in no way affect any other provision of these Terms of Use, the application of that provision in any other circumstance, or the validity or enforceability of these Terms of Use. Such provision may be amended or modified only to the extent necessary to bring it within legal requirements.
These Terms of Use and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region applicable therein (without regard to the conflicts of law provisions thereof) and each party agrees to submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region as regards any claim, dispute or matter arising from or related to the Site(s) and to accept service of documents relating to commencement of proceedings and actions by certified or registered mail.

Refund / Exchange
Images of Products on this site may not correspond exactly to Product description and are for reference only. The Customer shall not be entitled to return a Product on the basis that it does not correspond exactly to its on-line image.
Educulture Limited assume no obligation or liability for any advice or information provided with Products displayed on this site and shall not be responsible for any inaccuracy or misstatement of any such information.
Educulture Limited use reasonable efforts to ensure that orders are correctly fulfilled and shall deal with any discrepancies in the following manner, provided they are reported within three days of delivery or order pick-up via the below channels:

a. If any Product proves to have been delivered or provided for pick-up in a damaged condition, past its sell by date, omitted in the delivery/pick-up, or if the wrong Product is delivered/ provided for pick-up,Fu Educulture Limited either refund to the Customer the Price of that Product, or replace the Product. Customers must notify contact@emithedreamcatcher.com (for delivery service) or informationcontact@emithedreamcatcher.com (for “Click and Collect” service) within 24 hours of receipt of the delivery or order pick-up.
(b)If any Product which was not included in the Customer’s order is delivered to the Customer or provided for pick-up by mistake, Fu Educulture Limited Delivers reserves the right to collect the wrong Product delivered/ provided. (c)If the Customer has been charged for a Product which has not been delivered/ picked-up,Fu Educulture Limited refund to the Customer the Price of that Product as originally charged to the Customer.
(d) If a Customer is charged more than the Price of a Product, Fu Educulture Limited refund to the Customer the difference.
(e)Fu Educulture Limited will not refund or exchange goods or rectify discrepancies 7 days after delivery/ order pick-up.
Fu Educulture Limited’s liability to any Product delivered/ picked up is limited to refund or replacement specified above. All other remedies are excluded.
Refunds shall be credited, at Fu Educulture Limited’s option, to the Customer’s credit card account as supplied in the registration form or in the form of cash.
In case of dispute, Fu Educulture Limited reserves the right of final decision.
FINAL PROVISIONS
In case of differences between the English and Chinese version of these Terms and Conditions only the English version shall apply and be legally binding.
